For the week, shot 65.4 percent (17-of-26) from the field, 66.7 percent (12-of-18) from three-point range and 85.7 percent (6-of-7) from the free throw line

Scored 21 points, including four three-pointers, in the Wolverines’ double overtime loss at Northwestern

Poured in a career-high 31 points, bolstered by eight three-point field goals, and swiped a pair of steals against Rutgers

His eight triples against the Scarlet Knights were the second-most in school history and the most in the Big Ten this season

In conference play, ranked third in the Big Ten in three-point field goal percentage at 47.9 percent

Earns his first Big Ten Freshman of the Week honor

As I said in the nice article on Aubrey Dawkins, this kid is a Jimmy King clone. Athletic leaper, very good set shot 3, need work on handle.
Ultimately I think Dawkins may end up a superior player to Jimmy King, because he is getting superior coaching. My 2 cents

how in the world did this kid basically go un-recruited by the Power5 conference teams? Especially with his bloodlines? When he signed, I thought he reminded me a lot of THj.
