Since Todd’s rant on IG about so many people questioning him on making good his commitment to U of M it has been silent on the Todd negativity out there. Lol.

I don’t believe at all he’ll be in Ann Arbor, especially if Livers comes back as expected.

If you think Mama Todd is ready to have her sons time split with Livers, Wagner, Johns, Davis and Dickerson you’ll have another thing coming. No way imo.

She’d rather have him start and get 30 mins in the G -League… I couldn’t care less either way. Would love to have him but have zero expectations.

What silly about it is the exposure he would get next season in Ann Arbor would be out of this world.

You are entitled to your opinion but these types of comments are what caused his rant on IG. Maybe he’s like Greg Brown and is so confident he’s not afraid of any competition. We shall see with signing period starting Wed.

Unless you know ‘Mama Todd’ these remarks are no more than unwanted speculation. I’m with Bobohle here. If they’re based in any concrete knowledge whatever, please supply a source.

I’ve been following and have covered UM hoops recruiting for a LONG time now. I stated it’s just my opinion.

I want him here, I also don’t see it happening. Btw- speculation is what message boards are for. It’s an opinion.

I am extremely confident that Isaiah Todd is not worried about splitting minutes with guys that were bench players for 2+ seasons of college basketball. If Livers is back, then maybe but when he committed it was reasonable to expect Livers back next year too.

But presented as fact? Ok.

You disagree with me. Time will tell. If he doesn’t come here, we won’t hear the real reason.

And don’t ever ask someone for a source that brings info, it’s silly. Not that this was info. It’s just an extremely amateur move.

I wouldn’t have commented if you had added Mrs. Todd’s remark. But people here tend to keep it a little more polite and evidence-based, and those are good qualities to aim for. I don’t think “Mama” Todd would have been delighted with your comment, and you didn’t offer her comment as initial evidence. It’s this stuff that the Todds are expressing weariness about.

I truly don’t understand why people think Todd won’t come. Obviously I don’t think it’s a sure thing but how can you honestly predict that he won’t come at this point? Do you just believe good things can’t happen to you? Are you hedging emotionally? I don’t get it.

I mean the kid deleted his commitment video and supposedly unfollowed every UM player, coach, and recruit. I’d give people who are concerned the benefit of the doubt.

I personally think he ends up here, but it’s definitely a situation to monitor.

This is not true. On Instagram, he still follows all 5 current incoming recruits, Simpson, Livers, coach Howard, Brandon Johns, the team page + other managers.

Todd has continued to say he intends and wants to play in A2 and at this point the speculation otherwise is unfair.

And I don’t think ANYONE doubts that Todd wants to and intends to play for Juwan Howard. There could be other factors however that people might not know of, and I do not mean his mom whatsoever.
