I gotta say, I’m sort of wondering what we’re waiting on with Barnett.
I see him as a better “4” option than Edwards.
Doyle/Barnett would be a solid frontcourt class IMO.
And Barnett is being recruited hard by MSU, Florida, Butler, Missouri, etc.

I agree. I wish they would just offer Barnett for a lot of reasons. Perhaps there is some disagreement among the staff regarding his position (see article and Ben’s post above) and they need more evaluation time. He definitely has the athleticism and seems to be a good kid…and I can’t see offering him affecting the recruitment of anyone else (except maybe Vince Edwards who seems to be leaning toward Purdue anyway).
Sounds like he’s going to pick Texas today. Waiting on him to make it official.
That’s unfortunate as the number of combo forward prospects Michigan has been tracking closely decreases. Seems that if Chatman does not Go Blue then it will be Jaylen Johnson or Justin Tillman.
