What do folks think of the coaching hires by major conference teams so far?

Here are the hires by major conference teams (and UNLV) so far this offseason. What do folks think? Any particular ones stand out good of bad?

Rutgers - Steve Pikiell, one NCAA tourney appearance, but had Stony Brook 1 or 2 in the America East 6 out of the last 7 years

Oklahoma State - Brad Underwood - perhaps a bit old to have such little head coaching experience but killed it in three years at Stephen F. Austin

Pitt - Kevin Stallings, only one tourney in last 4 years at Vandy but five out of six before that

Vandy - Bryce Drew, 2 appearances in 5 years at Valpo, four first place finishes, hit one of the more famous shots in NCAA history

UNLV - Chris Beard, not much experience but crushed it in his one year at Arkansas-Little Rock

Bryce Drew an absolute home run hire IMO.

I fully expect Alec Peters to transfer there.

That would make sense. I also like the Drew hire, especially for Vandy.

Also, Jerod Haase at Stanford - one NCAA tourney appearance in four years, also finished first in C-USA last year.
