Not only this, but even the premise that he wasn’t recruiting the position is blatantly false. Juwan recruited Burnett, Springer and Moody very hard and continues to recruit Christopher.

Exactly. Really, the only thing that’s accurate is that he hasn’t been able to obtain a commitment from a highly rated two guard. (Yet).
