NCAA rules regarding overcommitments

Dylan and other NCAA rules experts, if John Beilein feels it is highly likely ( > 90%) that Poole and Brazdeikis will stay in the draft but he won’t know for certain until the end of May, is he able to accept 1, 2, or zero commitments from Pierce, Wagner, Quinones, and/or Hyland? If he accepts 1 or 2 commitments, does Beilein have the OPTION of whether he will accept Poole and/or Brazdeikis back on the team or is he OBLIGATED to do so? Is there any penalty for having accepted commitments from the recruits and then having to reject them?
