Man… I had a feeling coming in to today that JP would have a breakout game and when he made those first two I was hype… he just can’t seem to get his footing under him

His mistakes are under the microscope more than ever from the fan base. Even though he is scoring, scrutiny is high on him after lackluster MSU games.

My biggest grouse with Poole was the blown alley oop to Livers today.

I believe in JP though.

I think Poole is doing ok today. He seems more focused and energized, but is settling for 3s right now after making 2 in a row early. I’m not even sure he’s tried to drive to the rim yet has he? He will be fine.

You can like Poole, you can love Poole - but you can’t un-justify some of the objective criticism from UMHoops subscribers here. He has taken bad shots during critical spots in games (last one in MSU title game not included…) and drop-back long 3’s after Coach B told fans he was tired of it.
