I don’t disagree with some of the criticism, but sometimes it seems over the top - he makes one mistake and it’s “Poole didn’t show up today” or something.

Right. I’m not really knocking him. Last game you could tell he wasn’t mentally there and the physical effort wasn’t there either. This game he seems much better. Just settling a little too much. Whole team has been settling for much of the half though to be fair.
I’m not buying that anyone in the country is mentally checked out of an NCAA tournament game. I think that’s a ridiculous take…
He wasn’t forcing anything against Montana and he’s mentally checked out. Today he looks for his shot and he’s being too wild. Kid can’t win.
