Michigan Women's Hoops

Top 5 opponent on a neutral court….can’t imagine we have too many to even compete with that considering the program’s history. Maybe a few conference wins against very good teams.

That is why it is so important to have a good 2nd and 3rd scorer.

I loved their aggressive style during overtime; refused to be intimidated by Baylor. Wonderful spacing. Ice water in their veins when shooting free throws. Great win by a well-coached team.

Just thought I’d leave this here. One of the best interviews with a coach I’ve heard. KBA is always a good interview and she’s a terrific coach!

If you’re chilling at home today, the women’s team plays OSU at noon eastern time on BTN.

Naz with a double double in the first half, 5 buckeyes picked up 2+ fouls.

Hillmon and Kiser too much for them.

Looks like U of M will be able to compete for a bbl championship.

It was a very fun game today, and the biggest crowd I’ve seen since Michigan hosted MSU a couple of years ago.

And they’ve been doing it without Amy Dilk. She’s going to be a real bonus when she returns.

What was her injury? I haven’t been able to find it.

I believe it was a knee sprain which looked a whole lot worse when it happened.

Yep. I thought it was an ACL tear for sure.

Not sure where to put this but I don’t think I have ever seen as large a breach of collegiality than this:

I think her comments are about a decade too late. Feel like ESPN has been getting better and better bout highlighting other teams - at least their selection of which games to broadcast and their coverage during games.

Sportscenter and other broad, vague programs are going to highlight UConn, just like they talk about the Lakers, Yankees, Alabama, Duke, Tom Brady etc. It’s what the average person knows.

Gotta get the bad taste out of my mouth from the men’s game. Let’s go blue!!

Naz just missing some bunnies. Getting good looks though

After warming up with the team the last few weeks, Amy Dilk is playing again. She didn’t start, but played five minutes in the first quarter and is on the court to start the second

Yesterday was a rough day for Michigan Basketball on the court. However, seeing Amy Dilk back out there was really nice.

Also, the special on Naz after the game was well done. I’d recommend trying to catch it.

Rutgers is up next on Sunday and they aren’t having a very good season. Hopefully, it will provide just what the team needs.

FS1 M women vs Rutgers up big @ the half shooting 8 of 10 from 3 for 80%. Need to share that shooting with the guys.
