Let a destination city buy the rights to hosting the game like Las Vegas or Nashville.
āAt this timeā doing a lot of work in this statement.
If I were Matt Haarms I think Iād go to UK
Yeah Kentucky has a ton of talent coming in the backcourt and on the wing, but they do need help in the front court. Ware and Jackson are good players, but I donāt know that they are major impact as a freshman type players. Haarms would make that team scary.
This is notable given that Michigan and Kentucky are supposed to play in London in December. I canāt really envision that game happening in London at this point.
Would you expect them to still try and play neutral site somewhere, just in the US? Probably hard to organize anything at this point.
My guess would be that they play one of the on campus games this year and push the London game back. Just a guess though.
Few take aways from this guy:
-
Apparently we need a bigger arena to host all the Kentucky fans.
-
Apparently they also donāt teach math in Kentucky like they do Michigan (not surprised). Last I checked December 2022 is a bit more than 19 months away. Unless Iām missing something.
I was just looking at tickets for this event. Iām seeing 1200 pounds on stubhub. Iām just wondering, am I way too late to the party and everything is booked except the most expensive seats? Or things will open up later? Seems pretty crazy 7 months out. Wanted to know if any of you have booked tickets or are planning to?
I havenāt booked, but my guess is that thereās some other secondary ticket site with better market penetration than stubhub internationally. Donāt know what it is, but thereās only one ticket listed on stubhub.
Thank you. You are right, I did click on the first link on google search and made assumptions. I do see now on axs.do.uk some options for cheaper (down to 50 pounds a seat).
Iām French, I should have known better not to assume American websites were the whole truth with events in Europe
Bonjour mon ami
