I’ll always be amazed that Duncan Robinson is just killing it in the NBA.

Some of those shots he hit were impressive. Dribbling full speed away from the basket, stopping on a dime and squaring up. He’s really worked on his game.

It’s hard to feel bad when he only gets another two or three shots in the second half cause your know the other team got lit up in the locker room and they sold out to shutting him down in the second half. Those on off numbers for the Heat offense in relation to Duncan on the floor are really compelling.

DRob shot a phenomenal 9/12 75% and yet somehow was not the best three-point shooter on the floor. TRoss shot an even more amazing 8/10 80%. Pure entertainment!!

Wasn’t sure where to put this but an interesting article about the rockets small ball switching defense. Ive always said smaller guys often make the best post defenders because they can get leverage and push posts off their spots. We’ve seen this a lot with teske imo, he struggels against strength way more than size IMO.

Who would’ve guessed at this time last year that a year later, JP would be dancing in the middle of an NBA pregame huddle, while Steph Curry admires on.

Duncan’s gravity on offense is insane. He also guarded Lonzo most of his time on the court in the first half and held up admirably. His lateral quickness has gotten so much better, it is pretty crazy. Imagine thinking that was a possibility when Michigan played against UCLA.

Duncan is 7-12 from three. The rest of the Miami Heat are about 0-20 I believe.

Next step for Duncan is gaining confidence in the clutch. He was 8-14, but passed up two open shots in the last few minutes with the game on the line.

Also, it was extremely cool that even with ZION sharing the same court, the commentators spent far more time talking about Duncan Robinson than anyone or anything else.
