I remember getting to the game fine, but the normal 1.5 hour drive home taking 3 hours.
We were looking great in that game until Mitch got hurt early in 2H and we had no answer for Aaron Gordon.

I was stuck behind a wreck on icy M-14 and made it to the game with 12 minutes left in the 2H. Just in time for the collapse.

That definitely happened. I was thinking about that recently myself and how it probably could’ve happened now given the NIL developments. His shootout with Sabrina Ionescu kinda gives off the game vibes lol. But anyways you guys inspired me to find some old pics. Back in the day when I was about 13-14 I would make an Instagram post for every single game I attended, so here’s an ancient screenshot from 2015 Senior Day when Aubrey Dawkins dropped 31 on Rutgers as a freshman (also rutgers’ first trip to crisler as a B1G team). I remember I was so excited for Aubrey’s future with us after that.

I was driving one time and there was a guy riding some sort of sit-down scooter next to us and when he turned off the road, at the last second we both saw his face and said aloud “aubrey dawkins??”
