lol I’d love to hear a JB pitch compared to Calipari.
Sounds like Brown is on campus, per Webb.

And yet Coach Beilein is in Ohio watching Towns? Guess that tells you what our chances are in this one…
Probably gave him a tour of everything, met with him for a bit and then handed him off to the players. That’s usually how visits work. After talking headed out recruiting. Private planes are an amazing thing.

Agree with this in the sense that coaches aren’t just following these kids around during their visits the entire time. They interact with players, go out and then Jaylen also has family that he wants to see.
Spending three hours in Columbus could work out, just tough to say depending on how his visit is scheduled.
Beilein wasn’t joking about being out on the trail this week either, seems like he’s getting around.
From personal experience with my daughter, I can back up what Dylan and H4H say above. Probably spend 30mins or so with the head coach, a bit more time with assistant coaches…but we’ve only been on unofficial visits. Never taken an official, so don’t know if that changes the dynamic at all
Hopefully he was hanging with dakich…that guy knows how to have a good time

This is the one upside of missing the post season.
Speaking of Dakich … Brown has said he will speak to the walk ons to see how the coach treats them. http://kentuckysportsradio.com/main/jaylen-brown-plans-to-talk-to-the-walk-ons-to-get-a-real-feel-for-the-program/
Brown posted this on Instagram tonight. Caption: “Family”
Seems like he had some face time with Beilein when he landed then was able to spend some time with his family, which was always in the plan. He’s here tomorrow as well which I suspect will be a lot of the other official visit tasks (I know they like to do film cut ups to show fit in the offense, etc.)
Well, Austin Hatch says even more about how this coach treats his players.
If he parties with dakich he will never want to leave Ann Arbor!!!

better be careful, isn’t that why Mitch had to go pro?

Lmao did not mean it like that I was just joking around.
Any updates on how Brown’s visit went?
Has he been offered? This site just shows him as a target.

We don’t officially offer unless you get on campus. So he would have one now if he didn’t before (though if he didn’t, it was pretty much known he would get one once he got to AA)
Isn’t weird there is absolutely no information about how the visit went? Usually there are always tweets, interviews, or just statements about what he thought of his visit. Why is different from other OVs we had?

Went well from a few reports I’ve seen…just don’t think it went well enough to secure his services.
Michigan hosts big man Mike Edwards of Westland John Glenn, a 2015. Plus, Jaylen Brown's visit went well ($): http://t.co/VeY9KaYbbD

Because Brown isn’t talking. Which may or may not be an indicator of our chances.
