Hearing Howard is a done deal now.
I have a friend who has a very high level source from the University of Michigan that says that Howard is meeting President Schissel tonight. Assuming this is true, which I believe is true, I doubt that Howard would be meeting Schissel without having an offer. If this has been reported already my apologies for not reading the entire thread.
