Thatās a turnover. I saw that happen in a Piston game once.
Iām surprised that the refs didnāt notice that the inbounder stepped onto the court before he threw.

Refs definitely swallowed their whistles quite a bit but they did play some solid defense too

Yeah, it is grasping for straws, but they did play hard/well down the stretch. I really liked everything Kobe did down the stretch except shooting. (I am still not convinced heās going to figure out his outside shot.). Jett finally did some good things on defense also.

I watched it againā¦not sure if his foot actually touched the court before he threw the ball. It was closeā¦think it was ok.

His right foot definitely is over the line and then his left foot steps over - he may have gotten the ball out before it landed, but he has at least one foot over.

Heres a good question - what if the inbounds pass hits between the backboard and rim and gets stuck as almost happened there? Assuming itās a possession arrow situation right?

The refs were very kind all night imo.
I mean glad to escape with the win and they did show some heart but they are definitely not looking great.
Every time they were turning the corner, they fell apart.
