Game 29: Nebraska at Michigan Open Thread

Iggy is knee to knee there. Should be ok.

You obviously haven’t watched any Nebraska games.

Valid point.

There’s NO WAY Tim Miles survives for another year.

Poole has a lot of talent but something is going on with him mentally where his focus flickers. He might be trying too hard to always make the stand out play, or have girl problems or something.

It must be a challenge to coach him to make the boring, fundamental play to harness the most out of his talent.

It’s nice to have a huge lead, but how the heck do we have six turnovers and Nebraska only has three?

Maybe Brooks needs to have a hipnosis treatment to get him to shoot.

Some of those are coming from attempts to get the ball down low. I’ll take it.

Do we see Nunez and Johns in the second half?

Doesn’t Michigan have a really good sports psychologist or something? Feel like I remember reading about that in the past. Brooks could certainly use something like that. Collegiate athletics puts a lot of pressure on a young person. I’ll always root for the kid. He’s really in a rut right now.

I appreciate the reminder of why I stay away from any non-game programming on ESPN. Thanks for the shilling and the yuk-yuks, fellas.

Hope Colin, DDJ, Eli get solid minutes in the second half. Love seeing the bench guys developing.

Eli could definitely use it. He knows what to do…just can’t put it into action right now. DDJ and Castelton also look a lot better. I’m with you–hoping we see more of the bench

Really good point

Have to give Eli credit for solid D

I’m pretty sure four of our six turnovers were in transition.

Poole with 0 shot attempts is interesting…

If you told me before the game Simpson and Poole would combine for 1 shot attempt in the first half with Matthews not playing, I’d think 43 points was impossible.

But he’ll still be a millionnaire  .

Livers working on a double-double with 8 and 6.
