Going off on one foot is the much more practical and effective move generally though. If all you ever do is go off 2 your athleticism become much less practical
It is a balance issue, but when your momentum is carrying you to the rim, you need to jump off one foot. These two foot jump foot stops slow him down waaaaay too much.
