Beileins offense has always struggled against packline teams
It’s not an inability but a choice. Typically two feet in the lane is better than one due to balance and strength. His whole one foot take offs in year one at Michigan led to jb calling him Bambi on ice, so…it’s more of a body control issue than footwork
