Take out Teske’s name and replace with Michigan.

Wow is that an asinine misrepresentation of the shots Michigan is missing.

How long can you run exclusively spread pick and roll and have it not work and still say it’s the right approach for this current team? How are they shots that we should be taking if we don’t ever make them?

let’s just get a win—by 1

Well down 7 at the under 4 minute time out while shooting 26% from the field and 9% from 3 seems to be the best we should expect. The missed 3s are one thing we need to finish at the rim as well.

you think there is a whole separate catelog of shots we should take and make—and aren’t

I know that shots need to go in to get an assist. But zero assists in first half?

It will get better after half time I have full confidence in that

Wagner hit Michigan’s first three point attempt. Since then they’re 0/10.

Just because you’re saying they don’t ever make them doesn’t make it the definitive truth. And if you really think that’s the only thing we ever do you aren’t paying that close attention.

I really don’t think our shot selection is bad. They just aren’t falling. (Insert “shrug” emoji)

Every made basket has either been a driving layup or a Teske dribble, dribble, dribble post up.

Has Teske had trouble with the pick and roll this year or is it simply not there?

Can’t even get a good call now…

And they hit that shit.

that was a good call

It’s not all about just body position. If the offensive player pushes off with a forearm it should be a charge.

So two other approaches come to mind: ISO/1:1 penetration (hero ball) and a lot of mid-range pull up Js. I like our chances with the open looks better.

Seems Illinois just lobs anything at the backboard and it goes in

We finally start hitting shots and now we can’t get a stop
