We’ve drawn more fouls near the basket this game than I remember in the whole month of Janaury. Anyone want to blame the refs?

The defense seems to be playing a lot better when Livers is out there. We have given up a lot of points in the stretches he’s been out.

Why are they playing volleyball instead of gripping the rebound?
When is the last time he played the 5? He always seems to play with Teske or Davis

Well once you are in season it’s hard to change your entire offense. And a X lead PnR scheme would have seemed to make the most sense.
Also I would argue that our offense is generating plenty of open catch and shoot 3s and shots at the rim. So if a team can’t hit enough of those, aka the most efficient shots in basketball that all offenses try to generate, it’s gonna be hard for any offense to do any better unless our offense is hiding some hidden skills on our team (unlikely)

We’re doing basically everything you could have asked for before the game. Completely shut down Cockburn. Not only managing on the offensive glass, but even winning. Playing aggressively on offense, getting wide open looks. Sure, Dosmunu’s got a few layups, but he’s gonna do that, and most of his scoring has been outside or midrange. Hit some freakin’ shots in the 2nd half and we win.

As bad as we played we are still in the game. I think we need the starters on the floor longer if possible.
