There it is
Some good, some bad, some ugly tonight. Hats off to Eli Brooks, both mentally and for his overall steady performance and consistency.
Looks like the M.O. of this team will be struggling to finish games.
This team has basically 4 players it can count on. Everyone after that is either not ready or never will be.
I mean itâs 1 game
Friendship with X ended, Eli is my new friend now
I think it can count on Castleton right now too. Just not sure how much he can play alongside Teske. But I would have felt 100 times better with him on the floor at the 4 down the stretch than the 3 guard lineup.
Livers and Simpson with 11 TOs and 7 fouls. Ouch.
Teams are going to challenge us on the perimeter unless someone shows they can break down their man and put the ball on the floor.
Youâll fit right in with the general run of Michigan fandom, alas.
Both were handling the ball very lazily. Hope itâs shores up in practice. I imagine itâll be pretty obvious during film sessions
Way to make it interesting. Shook all the rust off nothing but perfection here on out
Keep in mind that Franz is out. Weâve got to stay afloat during his absence.
No worries man
Dejulius was horrible in the exhibition and tonight.
Anyone think it weird Howard didnât call timeout at opportune times?
Michigan looked really really good for 22 minutes. Iâm going to focus on that.
I donât think X will have another game like this knowing his bulldog mentality. Nice to see him swish the last 2 fts though.
Incredibly savvy move by Coach Howard to intentionally let App State go on a 29-3 run to ensure this team doesnât get too high on themselves and to keep them focused before Creighton next week. I for one applaud it.
I, for one, will never give up on X, or Teske. FTs be damned!
So Dylan: if youâre going to the presser, ask Juwan what the thinking was with DDJ in there to end the game.
