I can see a situation where even though there was no official band from the University/Team he may have been informally told to stay his distance.

There are plenty of players in Europe that are better than nba players but choose to play in Europe for various reasons. Facundo Campazzo just came over this year at 30 years old. He’s a rotation piece for the Nuggets who are a very good team. Obviously he was just in Europe last year but was obviously better than a good chunk of nba players, including Tacko
