Pellies finally have their rotation mostly available and arenât a pushover. I donât think the Spurs are tanking - theyâre playing their top guys, its just that they arenât that good without Wembanyama.

all fair points. I still get nervous that the Heat could get hot to end the year and steal the 6th seed from us
Iâm not as concerned about the Heat without Butler.
Pistons are a half game back of the 4 seed and 5 games ahead of the 7 seed. Definitely should be thinking more about how to get into that 4-5 series than falling to the play-in.

Pistons can go 7-13 the rest of the way and still end the season above .500. Just an amazing turnaround.

As if the Luka trade could get any worse, the Kyrie and AD injuries just destroy any short term window arguments for Dallas. Nico is public enemy #1 in Dallas. Just an absurdly short-sighted and dumb decision that has now already reached worst case scenario only one month after the trade. Feel really bad for that fan base.

donât wish injuries on anybody no matter how weird/bad Kyrie is but i join everybody else in reveling in Nicoâs stupidity becoming instantly obvious on the court. the pieces that came out about him in the aftermath were incredible. reporters just letting a guy hang himself with his own self regard.

Yeah whatâs funny about it is there are clearly things that are annoying about Lukaâwhich lots of NBA fans would readily tell youâand they just chose to put infinity weight (heh) on that instead of the stuff where you win lots of basketball games for a long time

Every team in the Eastern conference play-in will have a losing record.
I think there was a point in either late-November or December when the top 10 teams in the East all had winning records. Some squads (Orlando, for sure) have really hit the skids.
