Ivey’s injury update. He’s progressing to a walking boot and therapy and he’s out for an another 4 weeks. It’s likely that he’s out for a month which is a shame because the Pistons missed Ivey as a secondary ballhandler.
Shockingly, Chet Holmgren is returning tonight. “Fractured Hip” sounds bad enough I was expecting a much longer absence.

The Suns are attaching '26 1st round pick to get rid of Nurkic. Nurkic is not good but the Hornets are building assets with FRPs from the two recent trades they’ve made.
Caris did get traded but to the Hawks.

The Pistons were rumored to be in the talks of a 3 team trade but 
Fingers still crossed they get someone that can provide rim pressure. A half season D-Lo rental is my hope.
I assumed the Bucks would go after Hunter.

Not a bad pick up for the Pistons. Can’t imagine this costs them anything, and the second unit desperately needed a playmaker.
I really like this. They needed a backup PG who’s more ready than Sasser.
I like this for the Pistons. Expiring contract and solves the issue for a secondary ball handler.
