Detroit Pistons & NBA Talk

Cade rolled his ankle

The Cavs announcer is really obnoxious

The Cavs announcers have very expressive voices, though still not as bad as that one Hornets guy

I think he used to do games on BTN and he was awful

John Michael has been calling games in Ohio his whole life

Brad Daugherty is Brad Daugherty

Well, that stunk. Garland with a logo 3 at the buzzer to win.

Cade had 38, 9 and 7

Man I changed the channel with a minute left thinking no way they’d even have a shot.

Why would the Suns have traded for Butler if they were getting rid of KD? I can’t figure out what’s going on in the NBA right now.

It didn’t happen but that rumor doesn’t add up to me

What are the Bulls doing?!?!

All these big name players getting traded for very little in return.

But why tho?

That’s steep price to pay for Mark Williams who is injury prone.

Wrong Charlotte center. I told the Lakers to go get Moussa. It would have been a lot cheaper.

Speaking of Bruce Brown, the Pistons fans have a weird obsession with bringing him back to Detroit because Weaver screwed up the trade lol. Besides, Bruce is a non-shooting wing player in a guard’s body, and the Pistons have enough non-shooters on the roster.

Heat got better, I think. Wiggins isn’t as good as Jimmy, but they haven’t really been getting Jimmy, so…

I think Ware/Bam/Wiggins/Highsmith/Herro is a really nasty defensive alignment. Still have Duncan, Jacquez, and Jovic on the bench to get spicy offensively.

I don’t understand the Ingram acquisition, for the Raptors but the acquisition cost (a mid tier first?) isn’t very high. It sort of feels like Toronto went all in to become the next Bulls?

I understand the Mark William trade (the Lakers were starting Jaxson Hayes), but don’t really like it at all for the Lakers. He’s been one of the worst defensive centers in the league (he is 370th in rim protection stats, which is actually lower than there are roster spots in the NBA). He can’t shoot.

Yeah, I agree that the Heat got better so the Pistons will have to deal with them for the playoff spot.
