I think he is an affable and good-natured guy and I would love to meet him, but the season is young and I want to learn more about these teams. This shtick would make more sense in some zero-stakes Senior Bowl exhibition game in May but not on December 1.

I’m dissapointed I wasn’t able to watch hoops today, sounds like Walton was on top of his game. I think he makes watching games I don’t care all that much about way more entertaining. Might not be a fan if he did Michigan games frequently, but I enjoy the change of pace.

If you’re not interested in the game that’s he’s assigned to cover, I’m sure he’s top notch
When I was in the basketball band in the mid 90s right after the fab five … TV Teddy came over to yell at us and threatened to eject the entire band. That guy really likes to be the center of attention.

University of Washington about to lose to UC Riverside. I know this UW roster isn’t exactly awesome but man that’s a school that almost always underperforms relative to the talent they have.

Do we know for sure it was the B1G that actively chose to stop hiring him? Just curious.
I remember a couple years back he seemed to start doing ACC games instead of B1G (I remember it vividly because it was quite obvious LOL). Kind of assumed he just moved.

Washington appears to be not good! lost 57-42 to UC Riverside after losing to Baylor by 30. Cole seems to at least get in at the end of blowouts now

Bajema was one of the best shooters of the millennium for Michigan (min. 0.5 attempts per game) so it’s interesting that he isn’t more of an instant impact guy on a bad Washington team.
Now it is worth mentioning that his ORtg is still MVP level 136.7 despite playing 6x as many minutes as he was last year.
