Just like with anything sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. It happens less then just hiring outside so it’s easier to remember the good and bad.

frankly the best way to not fail replacing a HoF coach is to not have a HoF coach in the first place. we made a huge mistake there

Wasn’t the issue that he needed to be a grad transfer for it to work at Michigan and he did not graduate? Does the new transfer rule also waive the progress toward graduation rule?
