The whole point was that THAT year didn’t count because some games would be canceled, some seasons would be interrupted and canceled, etc.
Theirs was interrupted. It didn’t count against them./
The rule was so that Isaiah Livers couldn’t say “well we had a covid shutdown, I want a year back”
