Another issue with UL is that they seem to have a big leak problem. When you’re getting real time updates, that’s usually not a good thing.
I liked that we just seemed to swoop in like Batman and get our guy.

It is an expansion of “The La Familia Club,” which was started last for boosters and former players. So far, the collective has raised over $49,000, which Calipari claims will go directly to the players. Ahead of a critical offseason, Burns is still waiting to hear back about a deal much, much, much larger than that.

- The ongoing NIL conversation from today has had some real backlash, to put it lightly. Kentucky was an early favorite for one portal guard with confirmed contact who is now questioning his interest in the program (beyond coaching uncertainty, obviously). Between lucrative promises and miscommunications regarding deals, that’s something that needs to get under control moving forward no matter who the coaches are. Can confirm the caller’s story was true from the other side and frustration is real.
Big Sam is available! He may not make the NCAA tourney, but will make sure Louisville doesn’t get relegated. Just imagine this dude courtside at The Yum all season. Perfect fit.

I think there are a host of reasons why, if I were Richard Pitino, I would not take the Louisville job, specifically, ranging from skeletons left there by the family that may still be lurking, the angst of living in dad’s shadow, etc.
It would probably be the last HM job I’d take in his shoes.
Sure, just think about what the commenters would say during a broadcast.
