It’s very hard to evaluate Scheyer when he doesn’t even need to start the #2 recruit in the nation, and does have the #3, #4, #20, and #27 recruits paired with a junior 5* PG.

Yeah easy to find the juice for a few game spurt with the 5-year rolling average #1 composite ranking. But also too early to claim that he doesn’t have it
The bubble ended up falling really well for Michigan. If they had beaten Rutgers I think we’d be possibly in.

I came away from this weekend being most intrigued with A and M and Marquette. Wasn’t considering either but both teams are pretty tough.
It’s going to be very interesting. No team stands out, particularly if Sasser is hurt.

They use to be my my second team til they got too good.
During the Michigan dark ages I clung to the Dickau era zags pretty hard.
I rocked with them for a while but the last time I was truly interested in them was when Kelly was balling.
They had some fun teams flame out,

The glory days were definitely Dickau. The Hawks drafted Dickau and I was stoked. But I’ve stuck with them since. The Morrison team was so fun. The Raivio, Bolden, Pargo backcourt era was a blast, loved Austin Daye, Pangos was an assassin (that was recruited by JB)
I can agree they are not nearly as fun to root for as they used to. Being a 1 seed or close to it every year is no fun. But I want Few to get a championship, and I still root for them for the h8erz that scream and cry about how overrated they are. If they win a championship I’ll stop rooting for them

I couldn’t be further from this. I hate that there’s an elite program that gets to cruise through conference season every year while the high major teams are beating each other up. I certainly don’t think they’re overrated but it makes me a happy man that they’ve not managed to win it all and I hope they never do.
