I can’t believe I’m about to say this…but Foster Loyer as a Spike-like back-up guard wouldn’t be the worst thing ever. As long as we’re using him in a small role only as needed. He can shoot and he can handle the ball. He can also drop 20 on Izzo in a way that would make me laugh.
Obviously it isn’t practical and he’s not really addressing our issues so I don’t WANT it to happen. But it would give us a fourth guard and a proven shooter as insurance.

we’ve seen Loyer in the B1G. it’s not tenable. he’s in the right place

Foster is a non-starter. He could have shot 90% from 3 last year and I still wouldn’t take him

If you are even entertaining the notion of wanting Loyer on this team, go watch the vid of him getting “This is Sparta’d” vs Duke and that should take care of it.
