Probably some issues early due to acclimating the transfers like Umude/Lykes/Toney. They get 30 PPG from that trio.

Ark turned around their season by playing him less and less.

Tshiebwe‘s shoulders must be tired from carrying Kentucky all day

Izzo will be super mad at no handshake at the end of Arkansas/Kentucky.

I noticed it in another game as well where they just waved. Can’t remember which game it was but it was fairly high profile

Cal doesn’t do handshakes. Hasn’t done them for the last few months. I think since the Kansas game due to COVID. He just does the wave.

It also seemed like they were preparing for a court storming as they sent the bench to the locker room with four seconds left.

So Oregon St was 7 points away from going to the Final Four last year now they are 3-23 I have never seen such a 180 like that.

They were also 14-12 in the regular season last year… just got hot for a couple weeks at the right time.

Arizona lost to Colorado. What a perfectly horrible sports day. :unamused:

So is every top 5 team gonna lose today?

All on the road

Providence wins Big East for first time ever. Cooley doing work.

Hes got like the oldest team in d1. Next year they’ll win like 8 games.

Yeah… 5th in the conference on Kenpom (though 4th place is right in front of them). Being first in the entire country in close game luck helps.

True. But winning close games isn’t luck.

Winning close games isn’t 100% luck - I agree with you. Part is having a good finisher, part is style (low possession, low turnover, low scoring), etc. But winning 14 straight close games includes a fair amount of luck.
