Livers hasn’t scored in double figures in 4 games, Dickinson is struggling, Wagner’s been here and there, Eli sat most of the previous game. Not going to see your best version of this offense with that going on. Hard to win beautiful games like that. I’m fine with winning some ugly ones though.

He was on the bench the entire second half, sitting down, standing up, cheering, and you can see him in the picture when Juwan is yelling at Maryland.
I genuinely think Livers was just benched for Chaundee (like Franz was vs OSU) because he was scoreless and Chaundee was playing well.

All craziness aside, really nice job by MD to keep it within 15 with our senior leader/arguably best player playing like 10 minutes and not scoring. Big thumbs up.

Agreed – this was fine. Not the prettiest win, but a win nonetheless. And yes there’s time to find our footing. It would suck to face Illinois again and lose on Sunday, but the most important thing is that the team has time to find its footing.

You know, it’s funny, a lot folks say it really doesn’t matter much unless a team is fighting to get an invite to the Big Dance, but it sure MATTERS to the kids and the coaches. We absolutely saw that today!

Only if I got to play at Sawgrass. Otherwise, I’d rather watch a golf tournament on TV and a basketball game in person.

I’m happy that Juwan is apologizing for losing his cool, it shows he’s got character which we know he has.
On the other hand, Turgeon not taking any accountability for storming at Juwan which set everything off, and seemingly getting away with it by throwing a bunch of nice words at Michigan afterwards, makes me upset. Storming at an opposing coach is not “being as professional as I tried to be.”
