Anyone going to the Big 10 Tourney? I am looking to go and looking for best places to stay near the United Center. Any help would be appreciated.

There are no hotels right by the United Center, and even though there are ones somewhat close (near where I used to work by the hospitals), if I were going to the BTT, I would stay in downtown Chicago where there are so many options for restaurants, entertainment, etc.

Yeah stay downtown and Uber to the UC. I believe some of the bars on Madison in the West Loop offer free shuttles to the stadium if you are looking to pregame.
Also, with Michigan likely being the 1 seed, it’s worth pointing out that Session 1 tickets on Friday are currently much cheaper than Session 2. If you don’t have tickets might be worth securing them now before other UM fans realize this.
Closest hotels are going to be those on Grant Park, but you’re not walking from there (there is a convenient bus line) - Hilton Chicago, Palmer House, Blackstone, Le Meredien, Chicago Athletic Club (disclosure: I work on behalf of at least one of these hotels but won’t say which)
