Correct, vs. Detroit.

Nebraska is going to be fast this year but this graphic cracked me up. The fact that there are only two R1s on the entire program’s KenPom page is really a testament to how good those fans are.

Tough for Langford

Eric Curry, too. The injury bug sometimes is quite unfair.

Gotta imagine that means there’s a good chance he’s never really healthy for the rest of year. Rough

Awful blow. I’m buying all my stock in Rocket Watts. I’m also selling my stock on MSU short term while they try to play Kyle Ahrens there.

You’re telling me that Ahrens guarding Tyrese Maxey might be a bad idea?

So MSU depth chart looks something like this?

PG - Winston - Loyer
SG - Ahrens - Watts
SF - Henry - Brown - Hall
PF - Bingham - Marble
C - Tillman - Kithier

Ahrens starting over Brown and Watts will be funny though

Was really hoping Bingham would need another year

I’m not sure at this point if more information means Izzo sends a “Don’t you people know who I am?” letter or if MSU’s Sports Information department is compiling a book of tweets from bitter Marquette and Wisconsin fans.

Seriously, I’m guessing it has something to do with the medical treatment he received at Marquette.

Hauser’s have no real case based on the rules. Since they aren’t a QB transferring to a top 10 program

Precisely. Heh.

As for Langford, sucks for him, but for MSU, it was a good thing last year when they lost an inefficient option and had to use a more-efficient one more often. Maybe it’s not a good thing this year because of wear-and-tear, I dunno.

I don’t think that’s what is has to do with, FWIW, but I guess that could play a part given all of the weird-ness around his early enrollment and everything. Don’t know all of the details though. A bit odd that they haven’t really discussed any of it publicly, but maybe they would if it is approved? Who knows?

They don’t have a McQuaid to fall back on. This might be good in the long-run since Watts’ upside is way above Langford’s at this point. He could be a bit of a mess too, so it could go either way. In the long run, it’ll probably hurt atleast a little bit since it’s unlikely that Gabe Brown is better than Langford

I don’t think they’ll discuss it publically. They only get discussed publically when they want to create a media campaign to put pressure on the NCAA to approve it, see James Hudson.
