Yeah, I’m really surprised at how bad he’s been. I thought he’d be a homerun hire. It’s either his coaching or he has a team that isn’t listening and I’m not sure which would be worse.
I’m sure our opponent fan bases would say every Iggy money sign gesture.

Gotta admit that I’m really tired of that myself.
I personally thought Fernando’s “chest stomp” was the most egregious. I don’t know why, but Haap has become kind of a “punk.” Davison is Davison, a hardnosed player, who, yes, flops among other things, and who opposing fans love to hate, but is the kind of player most of us would want on our team. Haarms plays really hard and gets pretty pumped up, but he comes across as kind of a dork. If Iggy didn’t play for us, I’m not too sure I’d like him much. But X? I don’t know how anyone who loves basketball and who appreciates really hard nosed kids who are just winners wouldn’t love that kid!

I think it’s a combination of both. I don’t think the kids listen and I think they don’t listen because they don’t have great respect for the guy. Now, is that because he’s not a very good coach? Well, that’s what I think. I kind of feel the same way about “Tricky Rickie” Pitino.

Interesting that he had surgery even though it was a hairline. Maybe that improves his recovery time, since mine healed naturally? I definitely don’t see him returning during the regular season.
I would guess it improves recovery time and the reliability of the recovery. Not something you do if you’re an average joe trying to save some money, but if you’re trying to get a guy back for the NCAAs…
Yeah, my understanding is that there can be a lot of uncertainty with the recovery time if it heals naturally.
