If you wanted to win pretty you’d find another team
now I’m going to watch that excrement-devouring hexapod Gregaro Gard wipe his buttocks all over South Dakota
how am I supposed to tell these two teams apart
South Dakota will have more points at the end.
I’m glad to see your in mid-season form already
Columbia is hot stinky trash but Rutgers did go on to win by 40.
Maine down just 50-48 to Nebraska…
Hepburn doesn’t look any differently to me physically. Something I needed to see if I wanted to buy any of that hype.
Illinois is fascinating. It’s so different. But tons of good players
Skyy Clark is an oddly shaped guy, looks like a YMCA uncle
Jalen Pickett had 23, 5 and 5 tonight
Elite leadership, Tom…stay classy!
Says the guy who didn’t suspend Appling and/or Payne, and reversed a suspension of Cleaves (underage drunk and disorderly) halfway through a game against last place Wisconsin because MSU was losing and “it wasn’t fair to the other guys.”
He meant other guys at MSU.
So it was obviously hard to watch a lot of other Big Ten games last night… Who are the biggest stock up and stock down teams? What game should I watch today?
mostly stock medium I thought. Maryland looked really bad for a while but they turned it on eventually.
Yeah, I agree with Boutros. There were shaky moments for just about everyone but then the games ended about how they should have. I didn’t watch anything closely enough to have much to offer. I could only stomach about 10 minutes of the Wisconsin second half before turning it off. Much to my annoyance, Hawkins (with his 3pt shot) and Wahl (being a typical Wisconsin forward) looked pretty good. Melendez being unable to hit the ocean from a boat is worth monitoring.
I’d watch the first 5 minutes of the Rutgers-Columbia second half and see what you make of Cam Spencer. He went off but the biggest question is whether that’s replicable against Big Ten teams.
Penn State handled Winthrop more easily than I thought, but I didn’t watch any of that one.
I caught some of Minnesota-WMU. The final score is deceptive, it was 6-10 for most of the second half and WMU hit a buzzer beater three to get it to 1. Ta’Lon Cooper looked good for Minnesota but it was essentially all him and Dawson Garcia. None of their freshman stood out to me, the third best player was former walkon Will Ramberg. Obviously getting Jamison Battle back will matter.
Surprise surprise I like what I saw from Iowa
Everybody else looked fine. Michigan rising in my eyes big time. Illinois/IU were just okay.
Would be really curious to hear your thoughts on the first game of the Coleman Hawkins hype train year. Or really anything to do with Illinois or Indiana. I think those two teams are the most interesting as far as the rest of the Big Ten and what competition at the top will look like.
