Looking at the box scores, I think this MSU exhibition is extremely significant. For OSU, this is just an exhibition. Nothing serious to take from it. These are my unbiased opinions.

MSU has 5 capable players. Hoggard, Walker, Akins, Hauser, and Hall. With Akins out, they are forced to play weird guys and weird lineups. From the box score, there were minutes where they had to have Hauser, Hall, and Sissoko out there together. That’s not gonna work.

Wasn’t sure where to post this but Martelli is on the radio saying TWill has had some back issues. Hadn’t heard this until now but I always get very nervous when it comes to back problems (see: McGary, Mitch). Anyone else have any information here?

Hey guys I had a question. I was gonna buy Big Ten + for the exhibition Friday, but I won’t be able to watch it until a couple hours after it ends. If I were to buy a Big Ten + subscription, would I be able to watch the game replay??

I definitely know that the next day the game replay is available, but I am not sure how soon after the game it goes live.

I also will be traveling until about halftime and am wondering if I can start from the beginning when I am finally able to log on.

In past years it’s been literally at 1200am the next day. Not sure if that’s still the case.

Don’t worry everyone, I just spent 15 minutes talking to a Big Ten + rep about whether or not the exhibition against Ferris State would be uploaded an hour after it ends, or if it would be uploaded the next day. She said it “should” be uploaded an hour after it ends. As long as the game is NOT on TV on Big Ten Network, then it gets uploaded an hour after to BIG+.

Wow I feel like a real sicko right now, and I love it. I’m so happy that college basketball is back.

Dude, this person was NOT happy with me by the end of the chat. At one point she implied that it shouldn’t really matter whether the game is uploaded Friday night or Saturday morning. To which I so badly wanted to say “No ma’am you see, it does matter. That’s 12 more hours where I can’t check UMHoops”.

The best part about watching games “in the bubble” is avoiding the rollercoaster takes within the live-game threads.
