Me personally, I like to look through opponent players’ venmo statements and really old photos and provide them for our student section posters. I’ve become quite elite at finding dirt on players

I don’t see any chance of it happening so I’m rooting for Purdue to beat Wisconsin. No one outside of B1G country deserves to see them play in the NCAA on national TV. Their style is so bland and offensive to the game of basketball.

I don’t know who you are Mr. guest, but I am 100% in agreement. If it was rooting for IU or something maybe…but Purdue can have their title if it means Wisconsin stays home and helps our chances even a little.

Purdue-Wisconsin is after our game. If we beat Illinois, then yeah, I’ll root for Purdue to lose. My love for Michigan outweighs my hate for Wisconsin. Us winning a share of the title would be amazing story.

If we lose to Illinois, then Purdue can beat them by 50.

Feels like the move is clearly to root for Wisconsin if Michigan wins at Illinois. Why wouldn’t you want to at least keep the opportunity of playing for a Big Ten title alive?

I didn’t realize the game times. That makes more sense. If we’re riding high after an upset win on the road, then I’ll “root against Purdue” (not root for Wisconsin). Otherwise I want the Badgers out.

Penn State has since released another statement basically saying we can’t be sure anything was said. But between the statement from the student fan group and how agitated Rutgers players were I’m guessing a line was crossed. I’d like to hope it was at least not as extreme as what was originally speculated.

I guess technically it’s in our interests for IU to win, because we play them twice? But I also wouldn’t mind seeing them eliminated from the Big Ten title race before our game.
