Minnetonka upsets Penn State, Michigan State, and Indiana
M beats Minnetonka in the semi
Meanwhile, Rutgers upsets 1 seed Purdue in the quarters and Keisei Tominaga leads Nebraska to the semis with wins over Ohio State, Illinois, and Northwestern
Nebraska defeats Rutgers in the semi in 77 overtimes
Michigan gets an exhausted Nebraska in the BTT final and wins 174 - 32 (all 32 pts by Tominaga)

I hate how the BTN does like a 60 minute postgame show for its games. This game is worth an extended postgame but usually it’s like “we’ve had 3 buzzer beating wins and huge upsets across the Big Ten today but let’s break down this game for 15 minutes and then hear from Fred Hoiberg after Nebraska’s 35 point win over Minnesota”

No we don’t. Not the sane ones anyway. Rutgers basketball fans are either ancient (students during the 70s when the team was good) or young alumni/students, either way it’s… not the most rational crowd.

Speaking of Barttorvik, there is finally a real NCAA tournament team with a resume similar to Michigan’s. It was 2016 Vanderbilt, who lost in a play-in game, but hey there is a foundation for Michigan’s resume to be NCAA worthy!
