This run embodies everything we have thought about these teams. Rutgers really struggles to score at times. And when Illinois puts it all together they might be the best team in the league.

Living off campus is not the same as being a commuter. My older daughter went to Maryland. Calling it a commuter school is inaccurate.

Yeah, I think those are pretty normal ratios if you include off campus vs on campus housing.
