Gotcha, I just don’t understand why Rutgers can’t figure out how to run any sort of coherent and efficient offense. Always just comes down to tough pull-up jumpers.

Uhhh, this is some unbelievable circling the wagons. From everything the article says it seems like he 100% committed battery and there’s tons of evidence proving it.
No one in the article (or the video) states that anyone saw him touch her and she had no visible injuries, right?
I think the article says from the video says it’s unclear whether he pushes her (because the video was down the hallway) but that she clearly falls over on the video while he’s nearby? And the audio she recorded matches her account and it catches the sound of her falling as well.
Trevion’s primary defense just being falling back to “she said racial slurs” (presumably as justification for the battery) when that wasn’t captured on the audio recording also makes it seem pretty likely it occurred.
So either he pushed her or she flopped for the sheer purpose of causing an investigation I guess.
