Michigan and Purdue emerge as a clear 1 and 2, and every team from 8 up makes the tourney.

I like this one from @kcg also. I think there are two interesting storylines to follow in this list:
Illinois vs Michigan vs Purdue at the top. (I’m still not buying Purdue yet.)
Iowa vs Wisconsin vs Nebraska near the bottom. (I think Nebraska is going to be frisky this year and I think has comparable talent to the two teams who are going to fall down the rankings.)
We should really start using some Google Forms for this kind of stuff so we can aggregate/refer to it readily.
I’d love to do this for a Michigan minutes projection, for example.

I created a really quick-and-dirty Google Sheet anyone can write down their wins predictions. Just clear out USERNAME on the first empty spot and put yours in. Went with this over Google Forms for the easy validation (predictions should add up to 140 wins).
Matt Norlander’s Big Ten rankings:
I’m still surprised when I see Purdue first in all these rankings. Clearly some people seeing stuff that I’m not. It’s possible I’m way off here but I don’t see them finishing higher than third.
I’m with you. I just don’t see them being a complete team. Some very talented individual performers, for sure. But if you can’t find a way to play your two bigs, you’re not able to utilize your best resources simultaneously. I’ll have to see it for it to make sense to me. Maybe I’m just slow on the uptake and I lack the imagination of others. Maybe I’m just a homer and I’m blinded by my love for Michigan. Should be fun to see it shake out.
I just deep-dived Indiana and the more I look the less I like that team. Not a single player on that roster has been part of a team with a winning conference record. They can’t really shoot… even if Kopp, Stewart, and Johnson hit their 80th percentile that’s merely good.
They’ll look a little better because I don’t think playing for Archie Miller was very much fun but I’m out on them as a top-35 team.
I feel the opposite. I think they are like MSU football this year. Very big and very quick turnaround
BB, I can’t even tell when you’re schtick-ing and when you’re being serious anymore. You’re that good.
I was going to comment the exact same thing
I agree. I was thinking of them as a top 15-20ish outfit at some point but then when I did my B1G rankings I soured on them
He should really schtick to what he knows if you ask me
Not super ideal
Not sure where to put this…but…this is odd…
Michigan State is already having spacing issues
