The Bird app hinting that they had some conflicts regarding rotations and other things that the head coach gets the final say on.
I figured after being beat down by Izzo for years Dane would know when to question the head coach vs. when to eat your opinions.

DOT followed up on this post on 247. He’s being his typical unnecessarily cryptic and standoffish self, so I’m not 100% sure about this. But based on what his post/some other comments in the thread, people still think Brown is gone but also think that Christie and his family are actually unhappy with Izzo/how Christie was used, and that hey may be leaning towards the draft.

The thoughts of players/family members regarding this stuff often don’t align with reality. For all of Izzo’s rotational weirdness, I don’t particularly see Christie as a victim of that. He played ~30mpg and couldn’t crack 100 ORtg on relatively low usage mostly coming on spot ups. Any more usage and I’d wonder what in the world they were doing.
