In fairness, turning it back on himself (“I did a poor job”) is at least some degree of accountability. I assumed he would keep the blame on the refs.

I am here for Both Gach inexplicably becomes awesome, if it is available.

well, that’s that.

Accountability? On the basketball accountability scale, Izzo saying “I let the officiating get to me…I did a poor job” might rank below an open gym chucker saying “my bad” as his man blows by him to the basket.
