I am emotionally invested in Brad Underwood’s failure.
It’s kind of nice just sitting back watching this all unfold knowing Michigan will still be a top 4 BIG next year most likely. Things can always change but I’m imagining Juwan feet up in his office chilling.
Michigan is going to be top 2 in the B1G
The caution people still have is funny
Lust, Caution
So basically to sum up water finds it level and Illinois back to the bottom/middle of the pack of the Big Ten. In all seriousness I am very intrigued on how Illinois can build/maintain the success of this one season after not making the tourney in a while
Just for fun let’s say Antigua is a heartless pied piper and every Puerto Rico/Florida guy he recruited to Illinois leaves with him.
This doesn’t even paint the whole picture because it won’t let me remove Ramses Melendez.
I had to laugh earlier. I rarely visit MGoBlog anymore, but I stopped by today and clicked on a few threads. Some poser posted a poorly formatted version of your T-Rank fun with rosters gimmick!
Unacceptable. My RosterCasting is patented and proprietary. I will see that guy in court
As my man Mr Ice Cube once said yo man, there’s a lotta brothers out there flakin’ and perpatratin’ … they shouldn’t steal yo schtick, Mr Boutros.
UM Hoops is like mgoblog for adults.
Both can be true, at least according to Terps fans.
Couldn’t agree more. A lot of good it’s done the B1G, being the best conference. Zero National Championships since God was a boy.
Man, at least Illinois won the Big Ten tournament and gets to hang that banner. Didn’t win the regular season, flamed out in the NCAA tournament, and now losing players and coaches all over the place, at least they have one banner to hang from this season.
I wonder how much goodwill Underwood has at Illinois right now. If they miss the tournament could be fired already? I liked Illinois hiring him away from OK State, but he has not been nearly as successful as I thought he would be.
I know I jumped in with “complete and utter disappointment” for Maryland, but I kinda agree here. If the B1G is looking down like it seems to be at this point, I could see Maryland being a top team, but also feeling disappointing. More like a top 25-ish team as opposed to the top 10 team they for some reason are being touted as.
Philly guy…doesn’t address our needs though. Not a shooter or passer.
According to Reddit commenters, he was their “defensive coordinator,” which, oof.
Weird all the assistants not leaving for head coaching jobs but more or less lateral moves.
