Trevion Williams had a 43% usage rate lol. For reference, in that insane double OT game we had last year with them, it was “only” 36%.
There are some times when he is genuinely funny. You just have to put up with a lot of … other stuff to hear them.

Why are some refs so intent on ruining the game?
Illinois will probably win this game by double figures, but based on this, their Neb game, and IU game I feel pretty confident about beating these guys at home.
I’d be disappointed if we lost to Illinois. They are just not even close to the same caliber of Team™ that we are… Just so so sloppy and unfocused. They just get by based on having the most jacked player in college basketball.

I actually think Michigan is a horrible matchup for Illinois.
Ayo will get his but Eli can make it tough. I don’t have stats to back this up but I feel like if Kofi isn’t physically dominant against the opposing big he has struggled or floated through games without much production. They have basically three tiny wings and we have three large athletic wings if you count Chaundee. The game could definitely go either way but I like that matchup for us better than Ohio State and (surprise) Iowa

IMO, might want to put Franz on Ayo. I’d definitely be concerned about the height and athleticism advantage there with Brooks, and there’s no one else that Franz is particularly needed/suited to guard.

Audige had a play a minute ago where he got Kofi switched on him. He had to play hero ball and take a step back two. Meanwhile, the NW big Young had tiny little Curbelo on him in the post. Audige never looked at him.

Buie turning that over and fouling out feels like the death knell for NW, but Illinois has looked awful these last two games. If they don’t come to play Saturday they may be the next victim of Minnesota at the barn.
