I have not been impressed at all with him but so much of it could be playing on this trainwreck of a team. Could see him being a completely different play surrounded by Winston and Tillman.

Who is this announcer? I disagree with his take that hook and hold is an unnecessary rule and has no place in the college game. I understand why it would be called “the Isaac Haas rule.” Hook and hold ended Haas’ college career and I think it was good to change the rules to protect against those type of injury situations. Maybe I don’t watch enough college basketball, but I haven’t seen hook and hold called when it hasn’t been deserved.

Just catching up on this thread, but Dylan’s evolution in the past couple months from Iowa skeptic to full blown anti-Iowa troll has been interesting to witness. And after watching them against the past couple teams it’s hard for me to disagree with his hatred of them as a basketball team, even if many of his scathing comments/remarks come as a sarcastic reaction to how optimistic the board in general is on them.

Yeah, clear that Tuesday’s offensive “explosion” against Iowa was due to terrible Hawkeye defense, yet Nebraska is similarly bad on D and it’s still the struggle bus for MSU.
