Much like last season’s Louisville smoke posts, I will gladly stop when this becomes played out and/or MSU stops being terrible at basketball/stops finding itself directly behind obscure low majors.
Between the Baka Beyond and Outer Bolivia, poised for a late-season resurgence.
This post is confirmation that I considered replying to your post with a version of that meme but chose not to.
Tonight’s game feels like a significant confrontation. Two very serious, stern head coaches. Each of them enjoy clenching their jaws tightly. It wouldn’t surprise me to learn that each of them grind their teeth while sleeping. We also have two very large alpha centers in Cockburn and Garza. Heavens. The pacifist in me wants to avoid the game altogether, while the warrior in me is willing to sit down on my sofa and watch.
Plus some bad blood from last year. A classic B1G battle!
The whole idea of it exacerbates my GERD.
An Illinois win would be beneficial to our conference standing
Strap in, boys. Let’s do this!
/elongated sigh
It’s Bardo.
Why is Jacob Grandison starting for Illinois
Iowa/Illinois is one of the best rivalries in college basketball?
Illinois 9-12 from the floor and down two possessions. Ridiculous
I feel like I’m watching a Big 12 football game!
Ridiculous is Bardo calling this game. This one is, like, a big game!
This has been a fun game so far! Watching it while waiting to call out sales numbers for the month, and it’s a lot easier to enjoy it while being over quota hah
Ayo has to go 40 mins tn
Chaundee really would have fit on this Illinois team well.
I tried to give Bardo a shot. Lasted 15 minutes of game time. Must be gaining patience as I age.
Would you guard Ayo with Brooks or Franz?
I’m going with Franz.
