Adam Miller? The same Adam Miller whose offensive efficiency against top 100 teams is 73.8, and against top 50 teams is 60.1? Who has scored 34 points in his last 7 games (the ones against top 100 teams) while shooting well below 30% from both 2 and 3 point range? I get that he’s got upside, and will possibly be very good someday, but he isn’t remotely close to being the best freshman on his own team, much less the second best freshman in the conference.
Thanks for the reminder. Tempting to take Minnesota, but you are spot on with this.
If you don’t mind sharing, what site(s) do you guys use for sports betting? I’m still new to the craft…
Ah, yes Graham Couch. Hunter Dickinson (who is 25 days older than Mady Sissoko) is so old it’s unfair for all other freshmen in the Big Ten.
strongly agree, I predict a 25 pt MSU victory
Is there an MSU beat writer in the state of Michigan that didn’t spend four years in the Izzone? Serious question.
Cool, Graham. How much college basketball did he play before this season? It’s incredible how well he has played from Day 1. Obviously a lot of his readiness comes from playing high level EYBL and HS ball for years, but it’s still no small feat to do what he’s done after jumping up to college.
Also, both of MSU’s freshmen are 20 years old and not having nearly the same impact.
Did Graham Couch ever complain about Cockburn last year, who he gave B1G Freshman of the Year to? Or wonder if Josh Langford, who turned 20 in January his first year at MSU (a month and half younger than Dickinson at the same point), shouldn’t be considered a freshman?
Edit: Dylan also noted Hoggard in one of the responses to his quote tweet - he turned 20 in September.
Football beat, but Colton Pouncey is seriously the only one that I can think of. I don’t pay attention to MLive. Perhaps one of those guys/gals.
These days turning 20 during their frosh year isn’t uncommon. That turd just likes to try and slight anything Michigan whenever he can.
Yeah we are only a few games into a long big ten season. Not saying he WILL be the FOTY but just that he has all of the tools, has shown the ability and that there is still a lot of big ten season left … also recency bias is a real thing so it isn’t out of question that he finishes strong and erases any memory of two of his first big ten games going scoreless
Graham went to WMU I believe
Cuz he couldn’t get into msu. Like I went to cmu cause I couldn’t get into UofM.
IMO the most unforgettable Graham Couch take was when he claimed that Alex Carder was the best QB in the state of Michigan in 2011. Yes - better than Denard and Cousins.
To me, it was his take in 2017 that the loss of Gavin Schilling had cost MSU 5 wins. Yes, that Gavin Schilling.
Was an MSU football season ticket holder though. Well, his family was.
No, that’s pretty tame
One game after having 42 at the half @MSU, Wisconsin is at a point a minute in the first half vs Maryland 9 minutes in.
Badgers have an older roster than the Chicago Bulls…and they might get to run it all back again for the Brad Davison retirement tour next year
I don’t understand how Maryland hasn’t been insanely bad. Their roster just sucks
